Honora Bay Hideaway
The house was nicely decorated, clean, and spacious just as the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable. Courtney kindly provided us with some complimentary local gifts (soap, jam, chocolate and coffee). The bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials including many towels. The kitchen had enough dishes to easily prepare meals for the 12 of us. The lawns were cut giving us lots of space to play games. The gardens are a “work in progress”. The property is large and secluded. We loved visiting Zeus, the goat and the chicken. We enjoyed campfires by the water with the wood provided. Overall, a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this place for large groups and families.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. It fit everyone comfortably and everything we needed was there for us. The communication with Courtney was amazing and made everything very easy. We loved their horse Zeus, he’s a gentle giant. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back!

A great getaway spot. Great spaces inside and out for spending time with family and friends. Courtney was very helpful, answering every question and makeing sure we had everything we needed. The gardens and beach are beautiful, and the sunsets are breath taking. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to return.

Courtney is a wonderful host, there were a few minor hiccups along the way and Courtney promptly address them all promptly.
Condo is very nice and clean but the best part was the location. Not only is it on top of the candy store (which my kids thoroughly enjoyed everyday) but within a two minute walk to Bridal Veil Falls which allowed us to avoid the crowds. This also allowed us to take our time and enjoy a private swim under the falls every evening. Also the location is central to a very nice town and beach. Thanks again Courtney.

The place is perfect for a group of 7-10 guests. It is spacious, clean with awesome decor.
The lake is just at the back yard. You can the stars and the Milky Way in the midnight.
Only thing though, if you want to do outdoor activities after sunset, bring your after bite for mosquitos!!!
The host is super awesome too. Highly recommend this place.

Courtney is an amazing host! One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Courtney has really thought of every little detail to ensure her guests have everything they need! Everything was spotless, with absolutely anything one may need during their stay! She was always quick to respond to all of our questions and gave us suggestions on local attractions.
Would highly recommend this place especially if you have kids! Very kid friendly, lots of games, lots of outdoor space with breathtaking views! We can’t wait to come back again!

Good spot to visit Manitoulin island. Kagawong is cute and you are at 2 minutes from the falls. Clean and comfortable place but a bit disappointed by the amenities for the price. However, it was not our 1st choice, Courtney were really helpful and found another last minute solution for us when our 1st BNB choice came with a last minute issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Oaks! It’s a lovely cottage with everything you need. Clean, well kept, comfortable, and we especially loved the surrounding area (wooded area where deer roam, short walk to a lovely beach). Next time we come to Manitoulin Island, we would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Courtney's place. Sparkling clean, very comfortable beds, quietness... lots of friendly gifts on arrival, which makes a great start. Also the beach at a walking distance is beautiful and peaceful. We strongly recommend this place for a nice stay on the island. A must during your visit: Misery Bay Provincial Park for a stunning hike along the shore.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a week away in solitude and nature and that was exactly what we had. The home is so cozy, with everything you need and extremely comfortable beds. Nicole even had a gift awaiting us on arrival and replenished out Nespresso coffee pods mid stay.
We were greeted by deer daily, enjoyed evening fires and walks to the beach to hear the waves. Our hike to bridal veil falls was gorgeous as well.. the bbq and covered porch perfect for evening meals. 10/10 recommend
